Introducing the very handsome Bear

Giving a warm welcome to Bear the Besinji Mix from the US. He's a well behaved, well trained, friendly dog with a great temperaturment. I'm lucky enough to have Bear with the Pack from 11am to 12pm Monday to Friday. Having fairly recently moved to Hemingford Grey in the UK,. this is the first time he's been let of the lead with dogs in the UK, I'm so pleased he gets on with everyone so well. He'll get to play with Whippets, a chihuahua, a German Shepard, a Cocker Spaniel, a Cocker Spaniel x Staffy, a Staffy, a Labradooble and a Labrador. A great opportunity to exercise those social skills :)

What caused the Diarrhoea?

Just a note i found interesting. Whilest pet sitting i've had a lovely dog unfortunately have a bout of diarrhoea. I asked the owner if her dog had eaten anything unusal or wasn't himself when she left for her holiday. She had mention that she gave him his worming tablets the week before and had completely forgot that he gets a sensitive stomach after taking it. Thank godness we knew what was causing it. However she did also mentioned that his stolls are usual fairly soft anyway when he's all fit and healthy. I have him some holistic tablets and a binding agent as instructed, before long he was back to normal. This got me thinking. I shall be asking more thorough questions during my Pre-Cons

Parker Meets The Pack

It was a beautiful day today and I was lucky enough to be taking out some lovely dogs in the stunning location of St Ives, Cambridgeshire at 12:15am to 1:15pm for an hours play. Mutt Meadow is perfect for dogs. lots to smell and do, fresh water, toys to play with, shelter, agility equipment, playtime with me, fecth, chase, playing with each other etc. It’s also safe and secure so dogs can be let off lead! Parker is a 5 year old gorgeous Lurcher who is great with other dogs. This week he joined us for the first time to continue daily group fun. Along with Parker is Buster, Oscar, Ted and Archie. He'll also get a chance to play with Bear, Maisey, Otto, Skyla and many more to come.
