Hi, I’m Gemma and we operate a family run business with a hands on approach.You will find us in the field working with your pets as well as working behind the scenes to offer above and beyond customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 in Understanding and Working with Canine Behaviour: Learning, Motivation, Reinforcement Certificate with IMDT (The Institute of Modern Dog Trainers)

  • Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management

  • Level 2 Certificate in Small Animal Care

  • Attend seminar in Canine Body Language

  • Using positive game-based techniques with Absolute Dogs Training Academy

  • Animal First Aid Trained and current

  • Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Animal Science and Technology

  • Certificate in Pet Sitting and Dog Walking

  • Telling TTouch Massage in Cats
     

Experience:

  • Over 15 years experience working in the animal industry.

  • Dog training skills such as play, focus, building a relationship with dogs and using positive game - based techniques.

  • Owned cats all my life.

  • A trained Falconer

  • Previous roles as Assistant Zoo Keeper, Assistant Vet Nurse, Cattery Assistant, Falconer, Animal Carer, Pest Control Technician, Animal Care Technician and Veterinary Recruitment Consultant.

  • Worked with a variety of species including birds of prey and livestock.

This is Kate, our Pack Leader and Cat Carer who brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience not to mention huge enthusiasm and love for the animals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Honours in Animal Behaviour and Training with Combined Human Psychology

  • Extended Level 3 Diploma in Animal Management

  • Telling TTouch Massage in Cats

  • Animal First Aid Trained and current

  • Dog Emotion and Cognition online course run by the Duke University.

 

Experience:

  • Kennel Supervisor, Grooming Assistant, Professional Pet Sitter/Dog Walker/Pop-In Visits/Pet Sitting and Assistant Dog Trainer.

  • Over 7 years experience working in the animal industry.

  • Worked with a variety of species including exotics and horses.

  • Volunteered at the likes of; Cheshire Dogs Home, RSPCA Block Fen Centre and a Livery Yard with Show Horses

  • Has had dog all her life

This is Nathan, also often found out in the field but also our IT and Operations Director making sure everything is running smoothly!

Qualifications:

  • Booked for Level 3 in Understanding and Working with Canine Behaviour: Learning, Motivation, Reinforcement Certificate with IMDT (The Institute of Modern Dog Trainers)

  • IT related Degree

  • University Diploma in Bio-Physics

  • Booked in for Animal First Aid course

  • Human First Aid trained

  • Qualified Fire Marshal

 

Experience:

  • Worked in customer service such as IT Support Manager and Project Management

  • Over 16 years in customer service

  • Ad-hoc voluntary work for Companion Pet Care Services helping out with dog walking, pet sitting, cat visit, our Hill Rise Dog Park Community Project events and Coffee, Cake, Playdate events.

  • Built up and ran a well established and highly rated support team
